Shipping & Returns

Shipping & Delivery:
All orders will be processed within 2-3 business days of receipt of payment. Tracking details of every shipment is shared with the customer over email and SMS. We ship across India. For all prepaid orders above Rs. 599, the shipping is FREE. However, orders below Rs. 599 attract a FLAT fee of Rs 49 which may vary as per state and distance. The goods are delivered between 9:00 AM and 6:00 PM, Monday to Saturday. Excluding public holidays. However, delivery time is subject to factors beyond our control including unexpected travel delays from our courier partners and transporters due to weather conditions and strikes. We request you to not accept the parcel if it is tempered or not packed properly. Parcels will need to be signed by customer on receiving

Returns & Refund:
In an unlikely event of you not being entirely satisfied with our products, we would be happy to hear you. Please note that as a policy, we don’t offer any returns or exchange. However, if the product you received is wrong, tampered or damaged, please write to us within 7 days of receiving your parcel at care@lotusbotanicals.com. Please do send a picture of the products as attachment. Alternatively you can call us on 1800 1200 36231. Our customer service representative will guide you through the process and your item(s) will be replaced subsequently. Any complaint received beyond 7 working days shall not be entertained. Please note that returns shall be accepted only if less than 1/3rd of the product has been used and the packaging has not been tampered in any way. Return policy does not apply on free gifts and promotional items.

Returns by Site Customer

  • Raise a return/replacement request within 7 days from the date of delivery. In case of damaged/missing product, raise a return/replacement within 2 days from the date of delivery.
  • Lotus Botanicals will take 2 working days to review your return request.
  • After the product is received, Lotus Botanicals will verify it against the claim and initiate the replacement or refund accordingly. Please note that replacement would depend upon the stock availability.

Returns will be accepted under the following conditions :

  • Wrong product delivered
  • Expired product delivered
  • Damaged product delivered – physical damage/ tampered product or packaging
  • Incomplete order – missing products

Returns will not be accepted under the following conditions :

  • Opened/used/altered products
  • Original packaging (mono cartons, labels, etc.) missing
  • Serial Number/Batch Number is tampered
  • The return/replacement request is generated after 7 days from the date of delivery
  • The damaged/missing product is reported after 2 days from the date of delivery


Cancellation:
In case products ordered is upon Cash-on-Delivery, there would be no cancellation charges. In case your order is prepaid, we would issue you a Refund which would reflect in 5-7 working days in your account from which payment is done. No cancellations are possible for orders that have already been shipped.

Redemption of Discount Vouchers and Loyalty Points:
Discount vouchers are for one-time use only. They shall be treated as used even if you cancel the order. However, if you had redeemed loyalty points for an order, they will be credited back to your account in case of cancellation.
